Model-turned-actress Brooke Shields’ childhood home at 345 East 73rd Street is on the market for $1.125 million. The building was a rental when Shields grew up there in the 1970s, but is now a co-op. The unit is a two-bedroom with a washer and dryer. Don Everett of the Corcoran Group is the listing broker. Meanwhile, Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. has found a buyer for his two-bedroom co-op on East 3rd Street, which has been on the market at $1.19 million since August.
