The city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission is scheduled to vote on the landmark designation of the I.M. Pei-designed Silver Towers — at 100 and 110 Bleecker Street and 505 Laguardia Place — and Picasso sculpture in the towers’ courtyard tomorrow afternoon. New York University owns the buildings, and is planning on building a 40-story building within the complex. TRD
