Construction halted at Collection at Court St.

Developer the Clarett Group has apparently stopped construction on the Collection at Court Street, at 340 Court Street, in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn. Clarett demolished the former Long Island College Hospital building and a foundation has been poured, but construction has been suspended and could be stalled for four or five months. The Collection at Court Street, designed by Rogers Marvel Architects, is slated to be a 70-foot tall building with retail on the ground level.
