Extell plans to build medical building at West Side Rail Yards

Extell Development plans to build a 60-story office tower for the medical
industry called World Product Centre at 555 West 34th Street, which is part of
the West Side Rail Yards. The 1.5 million-square-foot building will have
offices, exhibition and meeting space. The tower, designed by architect firm
Kohn Pederson Fox, is scheduled to open in the winter of 2013.
