Lehman Brothers’ former president, Joseph Gregory, hasn’t had any luck selling
his Bridgehampton mansion, and is now considering renting it out.
Gregory put the mansion on the market in September for $32.5 million,
and has spent about two weeks in it since he bought it in 2006. “A few
years ago, you’d be hard-pressed to find a home like this for rent,”
Susan McGraw Keber, a senior vice president and associate broker at the
Corcoran Group, told Page Six Magazine. The Real Deal looked at the
winter’s increase in Hamptons rentals in its October issue.
