Natalie Portman sells, another A-Rod price cut and tobacco exec buys

Natalie Portman has closed on the sale of her three-bedroom condo at
165 Charles Street, between West and Washington streets, for $6.55
million. Meanwhile, Yankee Alex Rodriguez has lowered the price of his
Trump Park Avenue condo, at 502 Park Avenue at 59th Street, to $10 million. It’s the unit’s second price
cut since its original listing of $14 million in September. And Charles Well,
vice president of tobacco company Philip Morris, bought an apartment at
170 East End Avenue, at 88th Street, for $4.42 million.
