Singer Michael Feinstein has combined two Upper East Side townhouses, built in the 1870s, to create a 25-room mansion. The 9,000-square-foot home — at an unidentified location — has three bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and a parlor. Other bedrooms were converted into a library, gym, office, media room and recording studio. The mansion, which is five stories on one side and six stories on the other, also has nine fireplaces, a terrace and a garden with two gazebos.
