RP Miller &
Associates is kicking off a new sales effort at Saxa’s Prime condominium at 333 West 14th Street,
between Eighth and Ninth avenues. The 10-story condo has been on the market since September 2006, when Century 21 NY Metro was the exclusive broker, but its nine
lofts are still available for purchase. The building includes seven
2,341-square-foot, full-floor residences with balconies; a
3,815-square-foot duplex with a 780-square-foot private garden; and a
5,400-square-foot penthouse triplex with 1,420 square feet of outdoor
space. Prices range from $2.55 million to $7.5 million. RP Miller took over the sales and marketing of the Prime on December 1 from Brown Harris Stevens. Michael Katz, RP Miller’s on-site sales associate, said one of the full-floor residences is in contract. RP Miller tried to drive interest to the building about two weeks ago with carolers singing outside an open house at the project. TRD
