The three-story townhouse at 185 Lafayette Street, between Broome and Grand streets, is listed for $2.99 million, with Ostrov Realty Group. The 2,800-square-foot building is currently a one-bedroom with full basement, roof deck and recording studio on the ground level, which could be turned into a garage. According to the listing, the studio is a “professional recording studio of a famous musician.”
