Lender gives Apthorp extension

Lender Apollo Real Estate Advisors will give business partners Lev Leviev and Maurice Mann until January 15 to resolve their disagreement over the Apthorp’s conversion into a condominium complex. Leviev has been trying to have Mann removed as manager of The 390 West End Avenue building. Apollo had initially given Leviev and Mann until today to resolve their dispute, and the two planned to do so in a rabbinical court, but they could not agree on which rabbinical court to use.
