Move-ins begin at the Thread in Union City

Closings and move-ins have started at W Developers’ condominium, the Thread, at 3312 Hudson Avenue in Union City, NJ. Prices for the 151 one-, two- and three-bedroom units range from $310,000 to $525,000. Sixty-eight units have sold since sales started in April. The 15-story condo is a few blocks away from the city’s commercial strip, Bergenline Avenue. Amenities in the doorman building include a putting green, children’s playroom, parking garage, roof deck, fitness center and concierge. Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers designed the building’s lobby and common areas. Meanwhile, sales will start at Vesta Group’s 16-unit, six-story Hoboken condo, Vesta Hoboken, this week. TRD
