Morgan Stanley and Citi setting aside bonus pool

New York real estate experts have said that previously predicted bonus drops could devastate the city’s luxury housing market. But some bonuses may be back. Morgan Stanley and Citigroup are considering putting aside $2 billion or $3 billion in retention bonuses at the two companies, which are working on a merger, the New York Post found. These bonuses would be paid out over a nine-year period.
