At Bronx open house, no one shows

It’s a sign of the times for real estate in the city. No one showed up to a recent open house at the Park South condominium at 2155 Daly
Avenue, between East 181st Street and Bronx Park South, in the Bronx. Jillian Faulls, an independent broker who represents the building, said she has sent out 1,500 promotional postcards and 3,000 e-mail messages advertising the building since November. Eight of the 12 units have sold since sales started in April, and three offers were received for the remaining four units, but the bids were too low to be
accepted, Faulls said. Prices range from $245,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $550,000 for a three-bedroom penthouse.
