Linda Stein’s apartment back on the market?

After Prudential Douglas Elliman’s celebrity broker
Linda Stein was murdered in 2007, her family sold her one-bedroom, two-bath apartment at 965
Fifth Avenue for $1.045 million, and now it could be back on the market, according to Curbed. A
duplex in the same co-op, at 78th Street, is on the market for $19 million, and
according to the Brown Harris Stevens listing, there is an option to
also buy Stein’s former apartment for $1.8 million to create a
full-floor, six-bedroom, six-bath duplex with a staff residence. In terms of the investigation into her death, prosecutors recently played a taped confession
from Natavia Lowery, who is accused of killing Stein, at a hearing.
