Massey Knakal selling two landmark spaces
Massey Knakal Realty Services is exclusively selling the retail condos of the landmark
Bouwerie Lane Theatre building at 54 Bond Street. The three units total
4,622 square feet. Massey Knakal is also selling the landmarked,
four-story 175 West Broadway which has about 2,180 square feet with a
design store on the ground floor. The property could be converted into
a townhouse or mixed-use building.
Shaggy Hair Salon leases space on the UES
Shaggy Hair Salon has leased space at 1405 Third Avenue, between 79th and
80th streets. David Kriss Realty represented the landlord, INT Realty LLC, and Shaggy Hair Salon was
represented by Deborah Zavon and Michael Grabelsky of Halstead
Property. Shaggy Hair Salon is the first New York venture of Israeli hair
stylists Yossi Shaar and Oren Lazanski.
New Haven buildings to get $3 million in green renovations

Rose Companies and Hurley 45-55 Church Street LLC have bought 45-55
Church Street in New Haven, Conn. for $8 million. The property
consists of an eight-story office tower with 105,522 square feet of rentable space; a three-story Greek revival style bank
building with 24,126 square feet of rentable space; and a 76-space parking
lot. The new owners plan to spend $3 million renovating the buildings, and are hoping to earn LEED Existing Building certification. TRD
