Lincoln Center’s renovated Alice Tully Hall, on 65th Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, will reopen in late February. Architecture critic Paul Goldberger tours the space, redesigned by architecture firm Diller Scofidio + Renfro, for the New Yorker magazine. He talks about the redesigned lobby and box office and the relationship between the city and the space.
