Although the down economy has caused many new developments to stop construction, several buildings in Hudson Square are still rising. The Trump Soho hotel and condo project is expected to open this summer or fall, and units are selling for more than $3,000 per square foot. The 44-unit Renwick, at 15 Renwick Street, and the 19-unit condo at 22 Renwick Street are also on the way. Some new hotels are also opening in the area. Four Points by Sheraton, which has 150 rooms, opened in September at 66 Charlton Street, and the 168-room Viceroy New York, at 330 Hudson Street, is scheduled to open in 2010.
