at $15.7 million, down from $18.5 million. The 2,791-square foot apartment 1509
at The Plaza, at 1 Central Park South at Fifth
Avenue, was originally listed for $20.75 million in March 2008. Prudential

3,800-square-foot condo at 500 West End Avenue, at West 84th Street,
listed at $12.9 million. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath unit is
listed by the Corcoran Group’s Julie Pham. The apartment has a private,
enclosed swimming pool and a wrap-around terrace.
