The unit with the biggest price cut today in Manhattan is a
four-bedroom, three-bath co-op at 1136 Fifth Avenue, at 95th Street,
according to Streeteasy.com. The unit #3A, which has a fireplace, was cut
by $700,000, and is now listed at $4.95 million. It is down 12 percent from its original
listing of $5.65 million in January. Corcoran’s Joanna Pashby and Maria
Pashby have the listing.
The most expensive unit to come on the market today is a $47.5
million penthouse at 15 Central Park West, with four bedrooms and five
baths. The listing originally went on the market in July 2008 for $80
million, which was $58 million more than the buyers paid for it two months before, and then went off the market in October. Brown Harris Stevens’
