11 Spring Street complete

Renovations at 11 Spring Street, which began in early 2007, have been completed, developer Caroline Cummings announced today. The building has been renovated into three units: a 4,205-square-foot unit listed at $13.6 million, a 4,637-square-foot penthouse listed for $16.2 million and a 2,108-square-foot loft unit. The loft unit has been taken off the market to give buyers of either of the other two units the option to purchase the additional space. Cummings and William Elias, both Florida developers, purchased the formerly graffiti-covered brownstone from Rupert Murdoch’s son, Lachlan Murdoch, several years ago for $12 million. Core Group Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the building. TRD
