The most expensive home to come on the market this week is a $37
million townhouse at 20 East 64th Street, according to Streeteasy.com.
The 13,000-square-foot home is listed with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The second most expensive home to hit the market is another townhouse
on the same street. A 10,000-square-foot townhouse at 54 East 64th Street,
which has eight bedrooms and four baths, is listed with Sotheby’s
International Realty for $27 million.

And the third priciest home
listed this week is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 257 West 117th
Street
. Apartment 7C, a duplex, is listed for $16.5 million with Citi
Habitats.

And the third cheapest home to hit the market this week is a
studio co-op, unit 4C, at 220 East 87th Street, listed with
