The least expensive apartment to hit the market this week is a

according to Streeteasy.com. The apartment is listed for $145,750 with
Willie Kathryn Suggs Licensed Real Estate Brokers.

The second cheapest
unit listed this week apartment 5V at 14 Bogardus Place. The studio is
listed for $159,000 with New Heights Realty.

And the third cheapest
unit is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment on West 158th Street, listed
