East Harlem condo goes rental

The 90-unit condo 119th & Third in
East Harlem is now a rental building. Rents for the one-, two- and three-bedroom homes range
from $1,875 to $4,800 a month. The building was
previously offering a 15 percent discount on every sales contract written before April
30. Sales started in July 2008. The building was designed by Barry Rice Architect.
