The second priciest home listed this week is a five-bedroom,

The third most expensive home is a
four-bedroom, four-bath penthouse condo at 147 Waverly Place, listed
with Stribling & Associates for $10.75 million.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a
one-bedroom, one-bath co-op unit at 849 St. Nicholas Avenue, according
to Streeteasy.com. The home, which has an income cap, is listed with
Citi Habitats for $175,000.

The second cheapest home listed is a
one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 604 West 140th Street, marketed by
Corcoran for $195,000.

And the third cheapest home listed is a studio
