Donald Trump’s International Golf Club & Residences in Puerto Rico can now be marketed in New York.
State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has approved the offering plan for the 500-unit Trump International Golf Club & Residences in Puerto Rico, according to a press release from the development. Trump International Golf Club & Residences is the first Puerto Rico development to receive the attorney general’s approval, which allows the development to market itself in New York. The development is now planning marketing events in New York for brokers and potential buyers, said Craig Studnicky, president of International Sales Group and the project’s director of sales. TRD
