Donald Trump’s International Golf Club & Residences in Puerto Rico can now be marketed in New York.State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has approved the offering plan for the 500-unit Trump International Golf Club & Residences in Puerto Rico, according to a press release from the development. Trump International Golf Club & Residences is the first Puerto Rico development to receive the attorney general’s approval, which allows the development to market itself in New York.
