The second most expensive home to
hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, four-bath $15 million condo
in Trump Tower, 721 Fifth Avenue, listed by Brown Harris Stevens.
And
the third priciest home this week is a seven-bedroom, six-bath co-op at
101 Central Park West, listed by Warburg Realty for $14.4 million.
The least expensive home listed this week, according to Streeteasy.com,
is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 259 Bennett Avenue. Prudential Douglas Elliman is listing the
$235,000 home.
The second cheapest home is a studio co-op at 237 East
54th Street, listed with Elliman for $249,000.
And the third cheapest
home is a studio co-op at 457 West 57th Street, listed for $259,000
