The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a four-story townhouse
at 123 East 10th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the
4,200-square-foot home was cut by $1 million, and the townhouse is now
on the market for $5.95 million. After four price cuts, the home is
listed for 20 percent less than its asking price of $7.4 million when
it first went on the market in October 2008. The townhouse has four
bedrooms, a maid’s room and six wood-burning fireplaces. Leslie J.
