After price cuts, two UES co-ops sell within four days

Two Carnegie Hill co-op units have sold following substantial price cuts during a four-day period from July 13 to 16. The first co-op, located at 14 East 90th Street, sold for $3.6 million, nearly 15 percent less than its original asking price of $4.25 million in March. Attorney James Triedman purchased the unit. The second co-op at 22 East 88th Street sold for $3.25 million after a price cut of more than $1 million from September’s original asking price of $4.7 million. [NYO]
