The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is a 1,030-square-foot loft at 509 East 13th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the two-bedroom, one-bath condo, apartment C4, was cut by $95,000, and is now on the market for $1.1 million. This is the home’s second price cut, and the duplex is listed for 15 percent less than its original asking price of $1.3 million when it first hit the market in June 2008.
