two-bedroom, two-bath co-op at 870 Fifth Avenue between 68th and 69th streets,
according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 2,060-square-foot unit, apartment
8A, was cut by $205,000, and the Lenox Hill home is now on the market for $2.8
million, a 30 percent drop from its original asking price of $3.9 million in
August 2008, when it was listed with Citi Habitats. The Modlin Group’s Reuben
