The most expensive unit to hit the market this week is a three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse at 70 West 45th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The 2,580-square-foot condominium unit is listed for $12.8 million with Nest Seekers International.

The second priciest home listed this week is a condo at 173 Perry Street. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath unit is listed for $12.5 million with the Corcoran Group.

And the third priciest home is a six-bedroom Upper East Side townhouse at 15 East 77th Street, listed for $11.5 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a three-bedroom, one-bath co-op apartment at 450-454 West 152nd Street in Hamilton Heights, according to Streeteasy.com. Citi Habitats is listing the home for $175,000.

The second cheapest home is another co-op in the same building. The four-bedroom, one-bath unit at is listed with Custom Brokers for $179,000.
