Sheedy’s apartment is listed for $1.295 million with Sharon Held of the Corcoran Group. Amenities at the building include a health club, pool, squash court, playroom and parking, and Sheedy’s unit has a terrace. Sheedy, who has filed for divorce from her husband, the actor David Lansbury, will be moving to an Upper West Side rental.
