Sheedy tries to sell UWS cond-op

Actress Ally Sheedy, best known for her roles in John Hughes’ films and who appeared most recently in Todd Solonz’s “Life During Wartime,” has put her two-bedroom apartment at the Boulevard, a cond-op at 2373 Broadway, at West 86th Street, on the market. Sheedy’s apartment is listed for $1.295 million with Sharon Held of the Corcoran Group. Amenities at the building include a health club, pool, squash court, playroom and parking, and Sheedy’s unit has a terrace. Sheedy, who has filed for divorce from her husband, the actor David Lansbury, will be moving to an Upper West Side rental.
