$8M multi-family beachfront property sells in Belle Harbor

Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of a 65,000-square-foot multi-family beachfront property in the Belle Harbor neighborhood of Queens. The rental building at 122-20 Ocean Promenade was sold to NA investment group. The brokerage group represented both buyer and seller in the deal, Rosewood said.

Trinity Wall Street names new CFO

Stacy Brandom has been named the new chief financial officer and executive vice president of Trinity Wall Street, according to a press released by the Christian organization, which includes Trinity Real Estate, a commercial firm at 75 Varick Street. Trinity Wall Street, which operates St. Paul’s Chapel, a Sept. 11 volunteer relief effort, directly across from the World Trade Center site, derives most of its funds from the Trinity Real Estate group. Brandom, who worked for JPMorgan Chase for 21 years, will help manage the group’s assets and will guide its investment strategy.
