Construction worker at 270 Park Avenue site dies on eve of court hearing

A Queens construction worker who had filed a sexual harassment suit against JPMorgan Chase and her firm, Total Safety Consulting, died in a house fire last night. Bianca Wisniewski, who has been referred to as Bianca Kuros in some reports, was due in federal court today for a hearing on her case, a $20 million suit over alleged persistent harassment she experienced while working as a safety coordinator at a construction site at 270 Park Avenue. After lodging a complaint over the harassment, Wisniewski said she was fired.
