The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse at 92 Charles Street in the West Village. The $14.95 million home was originally built in 1836 and has recently been gut renovated. It includes a 600-square-foot garden, library, formal dining room and children’s playroom. The listing is being represented by the Corcoran Group’s Maria Pashby and Joanna Pashby.

The second most expensive home to go up for sale is a 2,580-square-foot condo at 70 West 45th Street. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is on the market for $12.8 million and is being represented by Alon Chadad, a broker with Nest Seekers.

The third priciest home to hit the market is a $12.5 million condo at 385 West 12th Street. The 3,844-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is listed by Brown Harris Stevens’ Reid Price and the ID Marketing Group.

The least expensive home to come up for sale this week is a $199,000 one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op in Washington Heights. The 575-square-foot unit is located at 340 Haven Avenue and is being represented by Stein-Perry Real Estate’s Gus Perry.

The second cheapest Manhattan home to hit the market is a studio co-op at 120 Bennett Avenue. The Hudson Heights home has a listing price of $210,000. Peggy Raye Guttilla of Majestic Rose has the listing.

The third least expensive unit to come on the market is a $250,000 studio condo at 105 West 77th Street in the Upper West Side. The 250-square-foot home is being represented by David Calderazzo of Luxx Realty.
