Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom condominium unit at 80 Columbus Circle, according to Streeteasy.com. The unit is on the market for $38 million. The 4,822-square-foot unit is being marketed by Claudine De Niro and Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman. It features views of Central Park and both rivers, and has a suspended salt water fish aquarium.

The second priciest unit is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom co-op at 115 Central Park West, which has an asking price of $14.5 million. Cathy Taub and Rosette Arons of Stribling and Associates have the listing.

The third most expensive unit is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Upper West Side condo, at 111 West 67th Street, with a listing price of $12.99 million. Janice Chang, Ross Nodell, and Timolthy Hsu of Prudential Douglas Elliman have the listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a studio at 259 Bennett Avenue in Fort George. The co-op is listed for $185,000, according to Streeteasy.com. Barak Realty’s Fumiyo Hayashi is marketing the unit.

There is a tie for the second and third cheapest units to come on the market this week, both of which are in the same building. The first is unit 16, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 418 West 129th Street. The second is unit 8, also a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. Halstead Property’s Michael Coker is marketing both apartments, which have a $200,000 asking price.
