A Brooklyn Heights residential building once owned by a group of Jehovah’s Witnesses now serves as an NYU graduate and NYU-Polytechnic Institute undergraduate student dorm, according to the Brooklyn Eagle. The 76-unit, 26-floor building at 67 Livingston Street between Clinton and Court streets includes studios and one-bedroom units, some with private terraces, and has air conditioning costs included in the building. The roughly 22-year-old building was reportedly sold in 2007, although it’s not immediately clear for how much. NYU has posted room rates for living in the building, ranging from $8,712 for a year’s rent in a low-cost shared studio unit to $17,422 for a private room.
