The landmark neoclassical townhouse at 2 East 80th Street, built in 1915 by Frank Winfield Woolworth for his daughter, Edna Woolworth Hutton, is on the market for $19.99 million. It currently belongs to Australian heiress Heloise Waislitz, daughter of cardboard box tycoon Richard Pratt. Waislitz, who has never lived in the five-story, 6,850-square-foot home, bought the townhouse for $16.5 million from entertainment lawyer Paul Schindler in 2008. It still has the original bronze front gate in addition to five bedrooms, an elevator, six woodburning fireplaces, a solarium and a dining room and library with mahogany panels. Dolly Lenz, Laura Matiz and Julie Weintraub of Prudential Douglas Elliman have the listing. [Post]
