Corrections and clarifications

Correction: In a Web story, The Real Deal said closings at Trump Soho would begin this weekend, but they will begin at some point this quarter.

Clarification: In a Web story on April 7, The Real Deal didn’t explicitly state that Jeff Sutton, president of Wharton Properties, was not accused of any wrongdoing. He was not.

Correction: In a Web story April 13, The Real Deal  said Hotel AKA Central Park would add a café, lounge and fitness center by December 2010. In fact, those facilities have already opened at the Central Park location and are expected to open at all AKA-brand hotels by December.

Correction: A Web story that ran April 15, incorrectly stated that Michael Bolla, director of sales at Luxury Lofts and Homes, said the focus of Isabel Gilles’ book was on the positive aspects of divorce. He actually said it focuses on how women can maintain a positive attitude throughout divorce.

Correction: The Real Deal incorrectly reported in a previous version of this story that iStar was considering funding construction of a second tower at One Madison Park. Matthew Parrott, an attorney for iStar Financial, said in a letter to a judge that construction of the south tower is not feasible unless the borrower can get financing or raise additional equity to repay outstanding loans.
