Trinity real estate head to step down

Carl Weisbrod will leave his post as president of the real estate division of Trinity Church in January, after five years in the position. With 6 million square feet of property under its wing in the Hudson Square neighborhood, Trinity is the biggest private commercial landlord in New York City. Weisbrod said he’s making the move in order to pursue other opportunities, but has not yet decided on what his next step will be. “It’s just time to do something new and different,” Weisbrod said.
