Correction: In a May 3 web story, The Real Deal mistakenly identified Jamestown Properties as a developer of the be@william condominium in the Financial District. In fact, SDS Procida Development Group is the sole developer of that project, and is working jointly with Jamestown Properties on the be@schermerhorn condominium in Brooklyn.

A web story that ran May 11 said that closed sales at Warehouse 11 dip into the low $500s per square foot. A spokesperson said most of the apartments actually are selling at around $580 per foot.

Due to an error in the source article, an August 17 web item mistakenly identified BBDO as the former tenant at WNET’s space at Worldwide Plaza, when it was in fact, a different advertising agency, Ogilvy & Mather.
