Top Corcoran performer takes team to BHS

Laura Denise Milkowski, a former broker with the Corcoran Group, has packed up her staff, the LDM Team, and moved to competitor Brown Harris Stevens. Milkowski had regularly been a top performer at Corcoran, nabbing several awards during her tenure there, including Salesperson of the Year and Broker of the Month. She and her team will be joining BHS’ Upper West Side office. The LDM Team acquisition comes on the heels of another major coup for the brokerage this year — in February, the Herrera Group, formerly of Prudential Douglas Elliman, announced that they were joining BHS’ Upper West Side office as well. Meanwhile, in the Hamptons, two top Sotheby’s International Realty performers, Cia Comnas and Ed Reale, joined BHS last month. TRD
