of life after struggling in the first half of 2009. The market began to
rebound last fall, and it has begun to perform even better through the
winter and spring. The biggest sale in the market came in December,
when billionaire Malcolm Glazer sold his home at 1200 S. Ocean
Boulevard for $24 million to current Senate candidate Jeff Greene.
April saw a sale of a vacant lot at 947 N. Ocean Boulevard for $19.32
million, following the $17.1 million sale of 340 Polmer Park. [more]
