Carmen Marc Valvo, the high-end women’s eveningwear designer, put his three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom unit on the market for $18.75 million. The third priciest home is a four-bedroom five-story townhouse with five bathrooms and two half-baths at 211 East 62nd Street. Roger Erickson of Sotheby’s International Realty has the $14.5 million Lenox Hill listing.
The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a studio co-op at 430 East 85th Street in Yorkville. The $199,000 apartment is being marketed by Shari Prince of Prince Real Estate.
A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 1919 Madison Avenue in Central Harlem is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Joe Davila and Norma Maupins of Fenwick, Keats, Goodstein have the $200,000 listing.
The third least expensive home to become available this week is a studio at 430 East 87th Street in Yorkville. The $220,000 unit is listed by Limor Nesher of AnchorAssociates. TRD
