Real estate investor and Carroll Gardens pizza shop owner James McGown is suing his former neighbor for standing by while his $1.5 million Tribeca condo was flooded with sewage and for smearing dog feces on the door. The 109 Reade Street pad is already infamous: the building’s board sued McGown and his sex-toy salesman tenant in March for turning the basement unit into a pleasure palace that hosted overnight parties. A Manhattan judge ordered the tenant, Dimitri Dimoulakis, to leave the apartment in April. Now McGown says neighbor Arthur Steuer is trying to force him out, too, with a harassment campaign that has made it difficult for him to find a buyer. [NYDN]
