Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a
six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom condominium unit in Turtle Bay,
according to Streeteasy.com. The full-floor duplex penthouse at the
Alexander, 250 East 49th Street,
is on the market for $17.25 million. Amenities include 16-foot
floor-to-ceiling windows, a terrace and a fireplace. The 5,496-square
foot property is listed by Carrie Chiang of the Corcoran Group.

The second most expensive home to come online is a five-bedroom condo at 31 West 21st Street
in Chelsea. The duplex penthouse, featuring a terrace, a media room,
two wood burning fireplaces and an indoor entertainment area with a wet
bar, is on the market for $15 million. Jonathan Isaacs and Steven Ganz
of Aligned Real Estate have the listing.

The third priciest home is a tie between two units, both listed for $8.5 million. One is a three-bedroom co-op at 920 Fifth Avenue
on the Upper East Side, listed by Steven Parrino and William Blind of
Brown Harris Stevens. The other is a three-bedroom condo at 15 West 63rd Street in Lincoln Square. Chiang and Corcoran’s Janet Wang have the listing.

The two cheapest Manhattan homes to come online this week are
both at 5 Tudor City Place in Murray Hill. The cheapest is a
300-square-foot studio, unit #1935, with a listing price of $249,000.

The second cheapest unit is #1109,
a 300-square-foot studio listed for $259,000. Ronald Webster of Tudor
Realty Services is the listing agent for both 5 Tudor City units.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a 525-square-foot co-op at 311 East 71st Street in Lenox Hill. The $269,000 apartment is listed by Starrnic Properties’ Nicole Sarnataro and Richard Goldstein. TRD
