Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a new, custom-built 6,534-square-foot townhouse at 26 Downing Street in Greenwich Village, according to Streeteasy.com. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is on the market for $16.95 million and is listed by Herve Senequier and Leonard Steinberg of Prudential Douglas Elliman. The house features a sandstone façade, a skylight-illuminated Atelier, a fireplace, a rooftop observatory and multiple terraces.

The second most expensive home to come online is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom condo at the Heritage, at 240 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square. The 4,000-square foot unit is on the market for $12.5 million. The condo is being marketed by Ilan Bracha, Alon Chadad and Moshe Balalo of Elliman.

The third priciest unit is a three-story house at 60 Bethune Street in the West Village. featuring private outdoor space. Superior Ink has the $11.6 million listing.  

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 46 West 71st Street in Lincoln Square. The $230,000 unit is being marketed by Danica Cordell-Reeh of Halstead Property.   

A studio at 419 East 78th Street on the Upper East Side is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Barbara Gruson of Citi Habitats has the $255,000 co-op listing.  

The third least expensive home to come online this week is a studio at 433 West 34th Street in Hell’s Kitchen. The $267,000 co-op unit is listed by Brown Harris Stevens’ Thomas Hemann and Cherie Butler. TRD
