Liam Neeson has unloaded his 91 Central Park West abode, according to the New York Observer, after it spent less than a week on the market. The two-bedroom co-op sold for $1.352 million — $23,000 under its asking price — after only five days on the market. Amy Himes, an agent with Plaza Real Estate Group, marketed the listing for the actor, whose primary residence is in the upstate town of Millbrook. Neeson is best known for his roles in hit movies including “Schindler’s List” and “Love Actually.” [NYO]
