“House of the Year” moves to Crystal Springs

“House of the Year” at Crystal Springs

After being on display for two weeks at the World Financial Center in New York City, the property named “House of the Year” by Country Living magazine has been moved to the Crystal Springs Resort in Hardyston, NJ. The home has been reassembled at 3621 NJ Route 94 and will re-open Sept. 24 as the Country Living Green Modular Home Design Center at its new, permanent country-like location. The design center — surrounded by thousands of acres of preserved woodlands and lakes — will be open to the public daily. The Green Modular Home collection features a portfolio of five historically inspired home designs that can be customized on-demand and range from 1,100 to 2,300 square feet. “Country Living consumers are passionate about the environment and this beautiful collection of homes, which reflects the Country Living brand, will enable them to embrace green living and all it has to offer,” said Sarah Gray Miller, editor-in-chief of the magazine.
