Two of the top five deals published on the city’s land records website Acris last week were for Manhattan hotel properties. The larger was for an existing hotel in Chelsea, while the other was for a development site near Penn Station. Also last week, Lloyd Goldman sold a five-story building on the Upper East Side; Pace Gallery bought its building; and a Brooklyn-based buyer picked up a commercial building in Dumbo.
